At MaternaTall.com we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases or have changed your mind then please return your goods unworn within 10 working days (for UK customers) 20 working days (for non UK customers) of receipt for a full refund or exchange (exchange postage fee applies).

If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office as MaternaTall cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Unfortunately, we do not refund postage and packaging if an item is returned as these are both direct costs to the customer.
